We'll explain the appointment process, the secure identity-verification requirements, and what happens if a document isn't eligible.
In general, Florida law permits a properly registered Florida online notary physically located in Florida to notarize for eligible signers in other U.S. states and abroad. We must complete required identity checks and other applicable steps. Check with the document recipient about acceptance.
Requirements depend on the secure RON provider selected. You will generally need a compatible internet-connected device with a camera and microphone, as well as acceptable identification.
No. Some documents, transactions, recipients, or jurisdictions require additional steps or physical originals. Confirm requirements before requesting an appointment.
No. Florida RON uses a compliant platform with identity-proofing, credential analysis where required, audio-video communication, records retention, and other safeguards. A regular consumer video call alone is not sufficient.
No. SealDash provides notarial services only and cannot advise on legal rights, prepare legal instruments, or choose the notarial act for you.
Bookings and online payments are not yet live. Estimated pricing for one notarial act is $35 ($25 notarial fee plus an estimated $10 platform fee). In this preview, you can prepare an appointment-request summary and copy it to send once the business email or booking system is connected.
Before opening appointments, we'll connect a scheduling service to the secure RON platform and publish a business contact address.
